Tariff
- From November 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020: €420 per week (minimum stay: 1 week)
- From April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020: €518 per week (minimum stay: 1 week)
- From July 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020: €735 per week (minimum stay: 1 week)
- From September 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020: €518 per week (minimum stay: 1 week)
- From November 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021: €420 per week (minimum stay: 1 week)

Rental rate includes:
- Reserved parking place, Wireless Internet, towels and linen.
- Use of community swimming pool.
- Final cleaning.

Additional cost:
- 'Meet and greet', hand over the keys and introduction of the penthouse: €45 per stay
- Arrival after 20:00 will be charged locally €40

Optional extras (book directly with property manager):
- Grocery package (€35 per booking).
- Beach Towels (€5 per Towel).
- Travel Cot (€25 per week).
- High Chair (€15 per week).

Change over days are flexible along with arrival times.
Departure time is by 11 am.

Availability
A security deposit of €175 due at booking. Deposit returned within 14 days of departure after checking for any damages.
Full rental payment due no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Notice given prior to arrival:
- more than 8 weeks: loss of deposit, 100% rental cost refunded.
- 8–6 weeks: loss of deposit, 75% rental cost refunded.
- 6–4 weeks: 100% deposit refunded, 50% rental cost refunded.
- 4 weeks or less: 100% deposit refunded, 0% rental cost refunded.
Only named guests in the rental agreement may use the accommodation. Additional guests cannot be added above the maximum amount of 6.
It is strictly not allowed to smoke inside the house and pets are not allowed.
Our penthouse is in a peaceful small residential complex. Everyone on the community is expected to follow the community rules in order to maintain safety and decency.
